In the unlikely event that you need to return a defective cartridge to us our return policy is explained below.

Cartridges which are returned, but not defective, will be assessed a 20% restocking fee to cover administrative costs.

If you are experiencing difficulty with a cartridge purchased from Ready Business Machines, please take a moment to use our self help troubleshooting resource by clicking on the underlined link above. Over 1/2 of our customer inquries to our technical support department are solved using this same information, so we have put together this resource to help our customers help themselves in real time.

In the event you receive a defective item, there are (2) options Ready Business Machines may choose from:

1.) We will replace the defective item and issue you a pre-paid postage label to return the defective item at no cost to you. The defective item must be sent back to Ready Business Machines within 15 days to avoid being charged for the advanced replacement.

2.) You can return the defective item to us for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return postage cost.

Please be sure to include your order #, a brief note describing the reason for the return, and either a phone number or email address so we can reach you if necessary.

If you no longer have your order#, please be sure to include both the email address and the phone number given when you placed your order.

Upon receipt of a return requesting a full refund, Ready Business Machines will process your request within 1 week.

Please Note - Ready Business Machines does NOT refund expedited shipping fees for any products returned.
